Horrible service by FAST AND FURIOUS COURIERS

Their service is very bad. My parcel with tracking number PNJ***5 was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and it was not delivered. On Wednesday I called to find out on the cause of non delivery and I was told that the driver had a breakdown so they will deliver on Wednesday and never did. So I called again on Thursday morning to find out why it wasn't delivered and again I told the same reason that the driver had a breakdown on Wednesday. I have mentioned to call centre agent that it's impossible that two vehicles will have a breakdown on two consecutive days when coming to deliver my parcel. The issue here is with their contractor drivers who wants to deliver to places that will save them travelling costs. I request that companies who wants the services of a courier company must investigate the company they want to use because the service of Fast and Furious is unacceptable and I cannot wait for the delivery from Tuesday while their drivers keep on delaying the delivery.
