Highly disappointed with the courier call centre

Higly dissatisfied with the courier company. Thursday 28 nov i phoned them to follow up with delivery. Spoke to Tokozani promised that he would make sure delivery will be friday 29 nov.. Received a sms confirming delivery for today.. At 14:00 no delivery received. Phoned again to only find out that delivery will not take place today. Im going on leave tomorrow and needed the items.
