Grant and Clinton are super stars and are valuable assets to the company

I actually started out with a complaint, but now I have to say thank you to Clinton and Grant who have provided extremely excellent service to make sure that I receive my delivery on the day that I needed it. Grant actually - above and beyond - I cannot thank you enough. I apologize for not speaking to you guys first before complaining. I will not do that in the future. Thank you so much, again Grant and Clinton. You are assets to the company and really changed my mind about whether good service is still possible.
