Furious

Been waiting 2 weeks for my delivery - tracking stops on 1 July - "PARCEL RETURNED REASON - NOT AVAILABLE"!!!!! No one tried to contact me - I kept on phoning them, holding forever, just to be told, it will be delivered the next day - phone them again the next day, then I get told the same as the previous day.
