From hero to zero, one day chicken next day feathers

Not good at all. From a 5 star 1st delivery from you to a 1 star review, here's why:

I'm tracking my order that's not been updated. I phone in to find out if it's on its way and I'm told that the supervisor cannot get hold of the driver! The customer care agent tells me she can't either because it goes to voicemail, but my parcel is loaded. How the **** can you use Subcontractors that you cannot communicate with??!!

The tracking does not show it's out for delivery as far as i can see. You can have the best worded web page praising yourselves and knocking other courier services, but here's a reality check: Your fancy worded company profile, vision etc means nothing if you can't back it up! Believe me, you're not backing it up, because of you were, your trust rating would not be so low.

You have a problem and that is that you're not quite what you claim to be. Try not knock the other courier companies when you, yourselves are unable to produce the goods! And even if i get there parcel today it will note change my review of opinion of you, simply because i had to phone in only to hear that you cannot get hold of your sub contacted driver. Not on!!!!
