FNF Couriers Pathetic !!!

HORRIBLE service! Received a message on 10 June that my package is out for delivery. On Friday, 12 June I phoned because my package did not deliver. I was told that it will definitely be delivered on Monday, 15 June. On Wednesday, 17 June I phoned again and they said that my package will be delivered on Thursday, 18 June. On the tracking I could see changes and it said that my order was out for delivery, just to see last night at 21:00 that the package was returned and the driver had a “reason” but I cannot see what that reason is. I was home ALL day so this could not be the reason. The package has not gone out for delivery again this morning so I am cancelling my order. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEM.
