Fed up and furious

Absolutely shocking service for this useless courier. I get told my package cannot be delivered because I stay too far and when trying to explain they put the call down. I call again and can't get through. I call the next day and some lady checks my tracking number and says there's a problem with my address.. So when were you gonna call to rectify the address? I am absolutely fed up with this courier company.
