Fast to make me furious!

I have never in my life been so frustrated with absolutely useless service in my life before! They've now had possession of my parcel for 10 days without and end in sight of actually receiving my parcel. 10/11: Phoned to hear when they'd deliver. Were told before COB. 12/11: Phoned numerous times as the CS agents just didn't phone back as promised. Still no parcel. 14/11: Get a call from Jose as he can't find my address in Vredenburg (the town), I live in Vredenberg Bellville and my address is clearly stated as such on the label. Jose assures me he'd give it to his colleague to deliver. 16/11: Just the same assurances as all the other CS agents. Still no parcel. 17/11: Phone the CS number again to get the CPT branch direct number. Phone Cindy at branch at 12 and again at 16:30 as the promised parcel was still not delivered. She assured me that it was handed to a driver and he'd deliver it before 6. 18/11: Phoned Cindy at CPT branch again at 9:51 and 10:15 but no answer. Phoned CS number and CS agent phoned driver and he assured me I would receive my parcel before 11:20. He only received the parcel this morning, so Cindy just fed me some more lies. How is this useless company still in business? This is the time to be able to shine but instead they make their best effort to lie and deceive. I'm utterly disappointed and very frustrated to say the least.
