Fast N Furious Couriers mishandling customer packages

On the 17th March 2022, I bought a cellphone on the Edgar’s Online store ( I have proof of payment)

The courier service is the one mentioned above. Right now they have signed that they didn’t find anybody at the address when out on delivery. This is a blatant lie, as they were called two days prior and they said the day of delivery will be Thursday the 24th of March. They also are meandering around issue when being asked about the package, having zero answers for the lost package.
