Fast + Furious, more than useless.

Takealot's new couriers Fast + Furious are more than useless. I have been waiting for a package that was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday already and its now Saturday, after calling takealot yesterday I received a call from the courier company asking where I was situated, I gave him the name of the area, he literally said eish i dont know where that is and hung up the call...
