Fast & Furious Couriers - Guaranteed to make you Furious, and most certainly not fast

If I had an option to give no stars I would. Have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered, their app doesn't advise when delivery will be taking place, its been going on since the 11th of May 2020. I have tried calling them a dozen times and emailed them, and sent them comments to find out where my parcel is. Emails go unanswered, or they bounce back, the phone just rings, or goes to a fax number. They are most certainly not fast, but guaranteed to make you furious. Never in my life have i come across a courier company that is as useless as this one. #notfast #brandfail #badservice
