Worst service ever. Delivered half the packages containing Christmas gifts on 23 Dec. Still waiting for the rest of the Christmas gifts as of 28 Dec. According to TAKEALOT, FnF do not answer their emails. Anyone reading this, DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE, you will be greatly disappointed. Will be sending an email to the Consumer Obudsman to complain and sort out this matter.
