Fast becoming Furious

I am waiting on a delivery from Fast and Furious for the past two and a half weeks. I have followed up with the suppliers on numerous occasions. After I did a follow up on the 6th November, I was phoned by someone from the courier company who apologised for the inconvenience ad promised that the parcel will be delivered to me asap. This company has delivered to my address before, I even authorised the Security at the Office to receive the parcel and they were informed of this. I checked in with the security at 10h38 this morning. So far nothing has been delivered. I am very disappointed,
