Fast And Furious - SLOW AND PATHETIC

I received notification my parcel would be delivered during course of the day, so i sat waiting. No-one arrives. I called during days and was told its out for delivery. At 17h30 I call to ask where is delivery and get told they on their way. The next morning i get an email to say i wasnt home - NOT POSSIBLE when i was home and i have 24 hour guards. Received another message they are out for delivery and NOTHING - How oathetic
