Fast and Furious or slow and frustrating

I am very unhappy with the customer service received. The Durban branch had no drivers and we as customers was not advise of this. I have been phoning to track said parcel to be told its sitting on their shop floor. When queried why were not informed - I got no answer. Cindy the "customer care" person could not assist me she constantly told me what I already knew. She even suggested I make plans to pick up from their depot????

She refused to give me a manager or supervisor who could give me answers. I asked for the Cape Town office no but she said no - they cant help me and refused to assist. Thoroughly disgusted and will never recommend them to any one.
