Fast and furious non delivery

Worst service ever. I spent 2hours trying to get hold of them. Eventually someone answered, they promised it will be delivered the next day. 2days later ,I'm still waiting. How long does it take to deliver a parcel in PE,its a small town. I tried phoning back the next couple of days,no answer,I emailed,no response. How are they still in business? I still don't have my parcel. I could deliver a parcel someday on my bicycle, pathetic. Should be called, slow as hell services. Still waiting, still waiting.
