Fast and furious?? More like slow and pathetic!!!

Been waiting since the 21st of May for a homechoice delivery after received a phone call to say they will deliver. if you phone, they don't answer, if you send an email they don't respond. what should a person do to get their parcels delivered that has been at depot since the 20th of May??? Homechoice made a huge mistake when they changed to this courier service. i want my parcel!!!!
