Fast and Furious has bad service

I received my tracking number (PFS*******67) on the 7 May 2020 via sms from home choice, this according to Home Choice falls under essential items, but still does not have any tracking record on Fast and Furious site. You are not able to phone them, they do not answers their phones. This is very bad service for me as the first delivery with them they were very quick.
