Fast and Furious drivers refuses to deliver oarcels

They are beyond useless. Everytime I dare order deom. Takealot, I end up driving and collecting my own parcel. The one driver would always say his car broke down. Conveniently just when he gets to me. But he can drive and meet me and deliver the rest of his parcels.

I ordered security cameras. Driver phoned me once. Call didn't go thru and then he just ket going. He did not even drive to my suburb. They didn't email or sms me. Nor did the office try to phone me. No, they just send the parcel back and now Takealot credited me. I want my order. You pay for delivery and yet get no delivery.

Their call centre is just as useless. Can't even speak to an agent. They keep cutting me off while still in the queue.
