Fast and Furious couriers should be put out of business completely

I just don't know how any company can make use of this courier service. My first parcel from Homechoice got lost with them, and Homechoice replaced the order, but can you believe it, once again the only answer I get is that the parcel is with the driver, but no communication from the driver, and now tracking available on their website. Seems to me that I am not going to get this parcel either, and I am just wondering how much Homechoice is prepared to lose with couriers like this.
