Fast and Furious Couriers Rustenburg

I am very dissatisfied with the service of Fast and Furious Couriers in Rustenburg. There seem to be a driver with a very rude attitude. He has the confidence to send me a sms to pick up my phone because he wants to delivery a parcel even though I have not received any communication from the courier company that delivery need to be expected and when I phone him he tells me that he may not deliver a the parcel without an OTP, which I did not receive, and then he just leave. I phoned the company from who I purchased and they informed me that the driver can resend the OTP if the person who delivered to has not received it yet. The company also fails to read delivery instructions. Companies doing business with Fast and Furious Couriers, please see if you can find an other courier service please. This is starting to be an unpleasant experience.
