Fast and furious couriers, disappointing

I've ordered some stuff from polo south africa and they use fast and furious couriers, my order was placed on the 13th of June, over 2 weeks ago! They claim the driver keeps arriving late which is why the parcel isn't being delivered! I've never heard of such a ridiculous reason, and 4 times?? That's how many time my parcel was sent back to johannesburg. This is so *********** and unprofessional. I've had bad experiences with courier companies, but this is by far the worst service!
