Fast and furious courier Stay away
Got an sms Yesterday 17 October that my parcel will be delivered today 18 October. Today 18 October I got a new sms saying it will be delivered Monday 22 October. Parcel was send from Kempton Park to Fish Hook in the Cape to be delivered in Limpopo.
Dear Mr Pronk,
as per the e-mails I have responded to already, I would like to confirm on this forum the following.
The SMS 'es are not sent by F & F they are sent by the supplier of where you purchased the goods, the goods have not been sent by their Kempton Park DC , it has been handed over to us today only, by their Cape Town DC. Please feel free to check our tracking system you will note that the data starts as of today at 12:39 hrs.
Please feel fee to lay a complaint as communicated in your e-mail of earlier, with the Goods and Services Ombud, but please be advised we really cannot transport or deliver a package before we have received it.
