FAST AND FURIOUS ARE TERRIBLE

They are truly the worst and most unprofessional courier service there is. Have made use of numerous courier services but I have never ever received this kind of “service” or lack thereof. They have had my parcel for 17 days and every time I contact them (if they actually decide to answer the call) I am given promises and false timelines, was promised delivery today and again when I inquired I was informed that I need to wait a further 3 business days. Funny enough their name sates “fast and furious” but that does not apply to the delivery of your parcel or to them actually answering a call.
