fast and furious and Avon

Can you please help me, contact numbers on internet seem to be incorrect. My Avon order says out for delivery on fnf website since yesterday, Avon said +- 24 hours, it has been long since then and I haven't received. Also do you do deliveries on saturdays , I was told once that yourl don't deliver weekends and public holidays but my rep says yourl do. I can't wait home everyday for a delivery that isn't going to take place
