Fast and Furios Middelburh very bad

So not good i will never in my life tell any person in SA that this company delivers a good service this morning just past 08: 00 i confirmed delivery of my parcells and the wharehouse manager confirmed round about 14:00 they will be here, when i called at 14:20 then i was told eish and dead is the phone eventully i got fedup and talked to the manager and after 15 calls i only got an awnser, now they are so full of excusses and this way and that way fist of all why does one have to call 15 times before you get awnser, then when they awnser they seem to not know anything or denying what was said, Fast and Furios Middelburg please train your people so they know whats going on at their own work cause to me it seems like people is there just because they have no clue as to what to do
