Fast amd Furious Couriers are PATHETIC

After posting the negative review and still not receiving any communication from the courier company, I contacted the company that I bought products from again. They were able to make communication with F&F and came back with the answer they would now only deliver on Saturday. Refusing to take this as a solution and explaining the 20km distance, insisting delivery get done today, about an hour later the parcel was delivered. A company that has no customer service ethic should not be in the courier business. Dont lie and say client was not home when they were indeed home. Rather just be honest and state delay. Shame on you Fast and Furious. Shame on you for your total lack of communication. The gent who brought the parcel to the door was polite. Thank goodness for that.
