FALSE ACCUSATIONS, DELIVERY FAILED DUE TO POOR SERVICE NOT ME!!!

So I ordered a box from the Box fashion and unfortunately they use this courier to deliver items, I first get an sms that my parcel is out on delivery, so this morning when I open my eyes at 6AM I get another sms that I could not be reached and the delivery failed. There was no one in front of my gate and no one hooted or bothered to phone so it is all lies. I see on their facebook page this a regular stunt where items do not get delivered even close to their destination and also they do not answer an email. Unless that driver was in front of my house at 4-5AM there is no way I missed it since I am on my porch working on my laptop 30meters from the gate, unless I am blind? People often mistake my address with that of my neighbor so should the driver not at least phone the customer to find out if he was making a mistake? Poor business ethics.
