Extremely bad service!!

Fast&Furious did not bring my parcel. And on top of that, they ****, saying that there was no one at home!! I was home the whole day, no driver phoned me to say come to the gate for collections but to my surprise when I tracked the parcel, I saw that you **** and said I wasn't home when I was there waiting for my parcel.

Why don't your driver phone to say he/she is at the gate??

Don't your drivers have phones to contact clients??
