Extremely bad service

So I bought a toddler bed from take a lot and it was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of December but no delivery was made yet the driver says he couldn't find the place.. Up till now I still haven't received my delivery.. I called the courier company to find out what's going on yet the consultant speaks so rudely to me because I phoned him 3 times and yet he still assured me delivery will be made yesterday but nothing.. How can you own a courier company and not have Garmins in your vehicles for situations like this.. Very bad service I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone you will get **** to and ****** of stuff you bought
