Excellent Customer Service from Happy and team!

I have had the most pleasant experience interacting with this team of professionals! Happy is such a star. I accidently chose the wrong default address for a parcel to be delivered to East London instead of Port Elizabeth. Happy phoned me every few hours, after I let them know that I made a mistake, to let me know what the status of the parcel is. What an incredible team of individuals. By far the quickest and friendliest courier company I have dealt with in South Africa. Plus... No extra charge for my mistake!! Highly commend Happy and his team!!
