Empty promises on delivery!!!!!
Company not reliable. Parcel been at nelspruit branch since 15 Aug. Phoned on Saturday 18 Aug and they said parcel will bel delivered on Monday 20 Aug. Nothing delivered. Phoned again on 21 Aug and promised it will be delivered this afternoon. At 16:00 nothing. Phoned again and they said they are at hectorspruit and on their way. Its now 19:00 and still nothing has been delivered. We spoke to the manager regarding delivery who phoned us this morning. Why would you make empty promises? Would not reccommend this company at all. Definitely not so fast and not so furious!
