DISRESPECTFUL DELIVERY GUY

i had a parcel from take-a-lot to be delivered at my workplace, the delivery guy called me and rudely asked that i come to the street because he is on the road and if i dont come, he'll leave with my parcel. i calmely ask him who am i speaking with and what company are you calling from. he was so rude i dont want to lie, as i am talking to him n the phone i see him, approaching . i told him he must never talk like that to people, first when you call someone you do not know you introduce yo self u don't just order people to come to the road for parcels....aybo and the guy is old enough to be my grandpa...i am so upset yhoooooo
