Dismal service

They were supposed to deliver my AVON parcel this week Monday, I have called everyday since because of non delivery. These are Christmas presents for a customer! Every time I call, they promise to deliver on the day and yet - nothing is delivered! Appalling service, don't ever use this courier company!
