Disgusting service

Parcel: PFS ***7 Absolutely disgusting service. Awaiting order from 23 May 2020. I phoned call center numerous times, they promise to call back or deliver in 2 - 3 days. I am still waiting. Call center is absolutely useless. No feedback. I have sent emails and inquiries a number of times. They dont even answer and follow up on their emails
