Disgusting customer service and delivery.

Worst delivery service, my parcel was taken out of line without confirming with me and I called to reschedule the delivery because the item is needed for a photo shoot. Got no assistance from the first call center agent who ddnt even take the correct delivery she couldn't be bothered.

I called again and Fikile assisted she confirmation she scheduled a delivery for today in the morning and nothing has been delivered.
