Disgusting Courier Service

We are not at all happy with the service of the courier company the Takalot used to deliver our order. Fast and Furious in formed us yesterday (8th April 2021) that the product would be delivered to our front door before 17h00, this did not happen. The product arrived this morning (9th April 2021) at 10h07 but the box was open and the product was scratched. I am not surprised as we saw the driver race passed our Guest House and did not even stop at the stop street before turning down to the left of another street. The box is damaged and I am sure the way he drivers the box broke. When I called I spoke to a customer care person, and was then put on holed for more than 5 minutes. When she came back to me she told me she spoke to the driver and he told her the product was not damaged, strange as he showed me and we saw the scratch marks on it. I have called Fast and Furious and they re not helpful at all, The product I ordered was a gift for a birthday present. We need this to be replaced today.
