Disgusting company

The worst courier company I ever came across. I haven't received my parcel since the 10th of May. In their so called tracking link they wrote that they have tried to contact me which is a lie. I went to their branch and now they are struggling to find my parcel. The parcel has vanished into thin air. What do you really call this. I have decided to open a case because I want my parcel, I spent money to buy this.
