Disgusted by your pathetic service.

To say that I am horrified by your services, would be an understatement. I am FURIOUS. My package was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, Thursday came and I got concerned. I called your call centre and was assured that it would be delivered latest Friday. Today I called and was told that unfortunately my package is lost due to the stickers falling off of the boxes. ***? How does this kind of thing even happen? I am disgusted, honestly. Never in my life have I heard about this kind of thing. Now not only do I not have a gift that I ordered and needed this weekend, my package is lost and I will need to run around trying to be refunded. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. If I didn’t follow up, I wonder how you were even going to get my details to contact me. Mind you, you collected my package from the warehouse on the 02nd February. Disgusting.
