Discussed with fast and furious courier company

I’m so furious with this courier company. Pathetic and so *************. Don’t believe anything they say or promise. Since the 18 December 2020 I’ve been fighting with them to deliver a parcel to my client that I’ve order through Snatcher. Almost everyday I’ve been phoning to find out about my parcel and everyday they say it will be delivered tomorrow. Deon the manager from East London branch even phoned me last week and promised but nothing. He also phoned my client Tuesday 19/1/2021, after I had to first try to get hold of him via JHB branch, and promised Yesterday 20/1/2021. But what happened NO DELIVERY!!!! So this morning phoned again to request that he get in contact with the me, only to find out that he can only phone me after 9:00. How long must I wait, how long must my client wait before this gets done and delivered. I’ve spend over R200 airtime and nothing to show. This was supposed to be a Christmas present but Fast and furious feels nothing for their clients.
