Disaster

I ordered some stuff from Edgar's online on the 16th of June and received an email from Edgar's that my order has been collected and will be delivered by fast n furious couriers a week later I'm still waiting,their contact details goes straight to voicemail I emailed them they took my track number and said they'll get back to me. I've never came across this level of incompetency
