Disappointed at theirs service I want those items I paid for lot of money

I am very disappointed with their service I bought items from Takealot on the 07 September I was promised to expect delivery on the 19 September. I only had communication once that they are delayed they will re schedule The other delivery they said to expect on 22 September before 17.00 They have never deliver I received email from Takealot saying courier tried to delivery I was not at home That is a lie my son and my mom have been there all the time Because other delivery need ID Just disappointed
