Delivery promise broken

I placed an order through takealot a few days ago and received an SMS generated from the courier that I will be receiving delivery today before 5 PM which did not happen, this was apparently due to a system error, but they do not have the decency to let one know. I had to sit at home and wait for this package the whole day because I was notified it will be delivered today.

This is the worst courier service in the country, I placed an order on the same date also for a product shipped from cape town and they used the courier guys for delivery and that product was delivered early this morning, so there is no excuse for this issue.

I hope no one uses their services ever again.
