Delivery not done on time

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint. I have placed my avon order on the 7th and it has been dispatched on the 10th already. I still have not received my latest avon order INV ********** 0. When i phoned this morning the lady who answered said to me it was still on the floor and not delivered. i told her I need the stuff and she said shell tell them to deliver today. that was at 7h30 i then called back again numerous times and the phone just keeps ringing and finally at 11h45 got hold of them to find out where my parcel is just to be told its still on the floor and will not be delivered today.... how the hell do you run a courier company like this... i am vivid. now it caused me to ask my husband to go and fetch the parcel from them since they are too lazy and pathetic to do their ****** jobs!!! Costing us our time and petrol!!!! I will never recommend this courier service to any one in my entire life!!! We are closing for the holiday season and i needed the stuff before the 12h00 on the 15th of December.. Im feeling quite sick to think a company can be run like this ... how sad!</p>
