DELIVERY ISSUE RESOLVED

I recently posted a review with Hello Peter which wasn't very good. I must say I was really impressed with the way Fast and Furious handled my complaint. They did their utmost to resolve the problem and kept me inform regarding the progress on a daily basis, sometimes even twice a day. I really felt that they were doing everything possible to resolve the issue. This morning at 08h49 I received an SMS informing me that my parcel had been delivered. I was actually speaking to the driver(Shane) when I got the SMS. Thank you Fast and Furious. You have restored my faith in you. WELL DONE!!! Thank you to everyone one of you who played a role in resolving the issue. I really appreciate it..
