Delivered package to the wrong address

I ordered a package from takealot, the item was supposed to be delivered by fast and furious to arcadia, they delivered it to quiqney instead. I have no idea who signed for it, takealot has no idea where the package is, eventhough i enquired about the package since 12:30 yesterday afternoon (Friday) takealot can only get answers on monday for some reason, they can't even tell me who signed for the package. As soon as it became clear that the package is indeed missing takealot stopped responding to my support ticket also.
