Delayed delivery poor customer service

I placed my order on the 29th February 2024 from Take a lot, my parcels were handed over to Fast and furious couriers

They said they will deliver on the 6th March 2024 but they did not, I called Take a lot and they handed over the matter to the courier company

Their feedback was that they will deliver some of my items on the 13 March 2024 and another on the 15 April 2024 I told them to cancel the delivery for 15 April 2024 because I can't wait that long

Then on Monday when I was tracking my order they changed the delivery date to 11th March 2024 but they did not deliver My order number is ***

I hate this courier company and I don't want their services anymore in my life
