Delayed delivery

<p>I got an SMS from avon on sunday to say my order ********** 5 will be delivered 24- 48 hours . the driver phoned me tuesday to ask for directions as he doesnt know the place which I gave to him but the driver never arrived . I phoned the driver 3 times onwednesday to ask when will cargo be delivered he kept promising me that he is coming and will phone me when close for directions again . he never did . I phoned the office to complain the driver is still not there then promised me Driver will be there still today but no show again . I phone him at 17:00 to ask the driver where he is he tells me I complained about him . he was very rude and told me the directions I gave him where not good yet he never phoned me when he got to the benoni offramp to ask ne where I was .</p> <p> </p> <p>this is a very bad service I ahve ever recived . the normal driver that came here was very good and always helpful . he would call when he wont make it and now this driver is just rude .</p>
