Courier that does not deliver, lies and uses your parcel as a dog toy

Fast and Furious Couriers used Alpha Freight to deliver a parcel to me from One day only. For two days in a row they said they could not deliver due to me not being available. Yet never came to the property to deliver and never phoned. Then after I phoned the courier and One day only to find out what was going on I finally got my parcel delivered day 3 at 5:30pm. The couriers first question is this number xx? Clearly first time he'd been to my property despite his claims he could not deliver due to me not being available. And the box looked like it had been used as a football and then used as a dog toy as it was ripped with holes and very battered. How this company is still in business amazes me........

Do not use them......ever!
