Couldn't be worse if they tried

I made a Hello Peter account just to review this company, that's how bad it is. There's absolutely no way to get hold of them, no responses on phone or email. It's been 10 days with no responses anywhere and the online tracking system is a joke. We just want our parcel but don't think that's ever going to happen at this point. The company we bought through chose to use them, why after seeing the terrible reviews they have on all platforms is beyond me...we just want what we ordered. Maybe they'll respond here...
